An operational system for a public fire department.
JVP Velika Gorica is an internal web app that brings the daily work of a fire department into one clear system: employees, shifts, current duty, daily duty schedules, vehicle crews, absences, passive duty, radio assignments, training plans, and the information log.
Overview
Fire department operations should not depend on scattered papers and manual coordination. The app connects employee records, schedules, vehicles, radio stations, daily duties, and shift handover information into a product that gives commanders, dispatchers, and firefighters a faster view of what is happening.

My role
The project was developed under Nordia Digital, where I was CEO and the only developer on the project. I built the React app, Supabase structure, role-based access, employee modules, schedules, shifts, reports, master data, and production logic.
Key detail
The most important part of the app is the daily duty schedule builder. In one flow, the team can assign duty roles, vehicle crews, absent workers, passive duty, and radio stations. Templates and autosave make the schedule faster to prepare, adjust, and later reuse in reports.
Impact
JVP Velika Gorica gets a digital workspace that replaces several separate records and reduces operational noise. When shifts, people, vehicles, and tasks live in one place, the team can see responsibilities more clearly and react to changes faster.
