matkomilic.com is the personal and business portfolio website of Matko Milić. It presents my services, experience, projects, and way of working.

By using the site, you accept these terms to the reasonable extent they apply to website visitors.

The content on this site is provided for information about my work and does not constitute legal, tax, financial, or technical advice for any specific situation.

I try to keep information accurate, but I do not guarantee that every detail is always complete, current, or error-free.

Project names, applications, logos, screenshots, videos, and descriptions are shown for portfolio purposes only, to transparently present projects I worked on and my role in them.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, applications, brands, trademarks, business assets, data, and intellectual property rights remain the property of their actual owners or relevant companies.

When a project was developed under another company, I aim to clearly state that through the ownership label and description of my role. Such presentation does not mean that I own the application, brand, or business.

I present projects to transparently describe my experience and role in their development. Such presentation does not change project ownership and does not by itself represent an official collaboration, statement, or promotion by the project owner unless explicitly stated.

When presenting projects, I do not intend to publish confidential information, private documentation, source code, trade secrets, pricing, internal specifications, user personal data, financial information, or other information unsuitable for a public portfolio.

I take particular care with projects created through other companies or business relationships, including cases where confidentiality obligations or NDA agreements exist.

Project descriptions should stay at the level of publicly available information, general product description, my role, and technical/business value without revealing confidential details.

If you are a project owner, company representative, or another person with a legitimate interest and you believe a project is presented inaccurately, inappropriately, or needs clearer ownership context, please contact me.

I am open to reasonable changes, additions, anonymisation, or removal of a project presentation so we can reach a mutually acceptable solution.

The design, texts, website structure, my personal branding, and code of this portfolio website belong to me, except for elements that belong to third parties.

Website content may not be copied, distributed, or presented as your own without prior permission, except where allowed by law.

The site may contain links to external websites, app stores, profiles, or projects. I am not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of those external sites.

Sending an inquiry through the contact form or email does not create a contract, obligation to cooperate, or obligation to accept a project.

Cooperation details, scope, timelines, pricing, and responsibilities are agreed separately.

You use the site at your own risk. I am not liable for indirect damage, lost profit, availability interruptions, or decisions made solely based on information from the site.

These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Croatia, unless mandatory rules require otherwise.
