SurvStash is a mobile app for users who want to gradually build a personal supply of food, hygiene, first-aid, and survival equipment. Instead of a one-time purchase, the user chooses a subscription plan, their level grows through payments, and the full stash can be requested for delivery when it is needed most.

The app connects onboarding, registration, user profiles, Stripe subscriptions, level display, item categories, news, support, and a delivery request flow. Users can see how their stash grows over time, which categories and items they unlock, and when they can request delivery.

The important part is not only charging the user, but connecting payments to the real value they receive. Basic, Advanced, and Expert plans define how quickly the user progresses, while the backend calculates the user's level from successful Stripe payments and exposes the available supplies.

Mobile app and backend logic.
The project was developed under Nordia Digital, where I was CEO and the only developer on the project. I built the React Native/Expo app, Firebase structure, Stripe subscription flows, Cloud Functions, level system, delivery request flow, news/support areas, and production preparation.
Architecture
Stripe, Firebase, and level logic in one flow.
The app uses Stripe for subscriptions and Payment Sheet, Firebase Auth/Firestore for users, plans, levels, items, and content, React Query for data fetching, and Cloud Functions for creating/updating subscriptions, calculating levels after successful payments, resetting after delivery, and sending notifications.
